Instead of complex multi-phase plans, the approach mimics how engineers work: pick a task from a PRD (product requirements document), complete it, commit, and repeat. The system requires a JSON-based PRD with pass/fail flags, a progress.txt file for memory, and robust feedback loops (TypeScript type checking, unit tests, CI). Each iteration handles one small task to avoid context window bloat, with the agent marking items complete and optionally running overnight or with human oversight.
