<p>Nice video. Setting goals in the beginning of a year that are there to motivate you but if you don’t achieve them, it actually demotivates you. I found it a massive motivator to always underpromise and over deliver, even with personal goals. Even if you know that you can achieve something in 3 days, setting a week as the goal and actually completing it in the original 3 days would be a massive motivation. Only one issue. Parkinson’s Law, “Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion.”</p>
