Stuttgart-based AI robotics software company Sereact has raised $110M in a Series B round led by Headline, with new investors Bullhound Capital, Felix Capital, and Daphni. The raise is more than four times its €25M Series A from just 15 months ago. Sereact builds Vision Language Action Models (VLAMs) that combine computer vision, natural language understanding, and action planning, enabling robots to adapt to unpredictable environments without reprogramming. The software-first approach is already deployed in production at BMW Group and Daimler Truck. Funds will be used to scale the core AI model and expand into humanoid robot platforms, targeting a projected $38B humanoid robot market by 2030.
