I think github pages is enough you only need static site generator like vuepress or gatspy.

I love this but it isn’t entirely true. It is very easy for powers to censor you if they want because you rent your IP from an ISP, or cloud provider and you also lease your domain from a registrar, who has the power to shut you down too.
