There are many different ways to ensure everything stays up-to-date in real time within your application, Firebase is a really great way to get things spun up without having to build a backend entirely yourself.
Can also take a look at Supabase, but I have found Firebase to be more stable and less error prone.

I’ve recently been experimenting with MQTT, which, if you’re unfamiliar, is basically a publish/subscribe server. So, depending on how your admin panel works, and assuming you can spin up a MQTT server (aka: mosquitto), you can publish a topic to mosquitto with a payload informing subscribers that their data has changed, and in your flutter app you can subscribe to that topic and get notified that the data has changed, then pull down the new data.

firebase is good but i just hate that vendor lock that why i prefer using supabase but that choice is yours. firebase is more easy compare to supabase and also firebase is non relational database while supabase is relational so you got to decide which fit your project

If it was me probably i will go to firebase, in particular Firestore. With his SDK connection to Flutter you can easily use stream for real-time updates to collections.
