I do think development throughout Remote containers in VSC is still the best option. You jump into container and work like locally, your terminal works inside container too, so you can install any tool you want and do not mess up your host pc. But yeah, watch is good step forward. can s.o. explain the benefit of “watch” w.r.t “volumes” for code sync?

Initially for my work it is a good solution because managing storage resources becomes tedious, because it is very complicated to provision storage. Let my future self take care of the consequences of this implementation.
