RustConf 2025 took place September 2-5 in Seattle, featuring workshops on async Rust and AI development, keynotes from Microsoft Azure CTO Mark Russinovich and other industry leaders, and major announcements including ARM's upgrade to Platinum membership and the launch of the Rust Foundation Innovation Lab with Rustls as its inaugural project. The four-day event included hands-on workshops, technical talks showcasing real-world Rust applications, and an unconference day for community collaboration. RustConf 2026 is scheduled for September 8-11 in Montreal.
