NVIDIA has launched Nemotron 3 Nano Omni, an open multimodal foundation model supporting text, images, video, audio, and documents with a 256K token context window and hybrid MoE architecture. Canonical is making it instantly deployable on Ubuntu via a single snap command (`sudo snap install nemotron-3-nano-omni`). Inference snaps bundle the model, runtime, and dependencies into a single portable artifact, enabling zero-friction deployment across edge, workstation, cloud, and on-premises environments without manual configuration or dependency management.
