Git worktrees can be used with Claude Code to run multiple AI coding agents simultaneously without conflicts. By passing the --worktree flag with a branch name, Claude Code creates isolated copies of your project, each on its own branch. This enables parallel agent sessions — one building auth, another fixing bugs, another adding features — all running concurrently with no risk of interfering with each other or the main branch.
