Resizing windows on macOS Tahoe – the saga continues – no.heger

macOS 26.3 RC initially fixed a window-resizing bug by making resize areas follow corner radius instead of square regions, but reduced the resize handle thickness from 7 to 6 pixels. The final release completely reverted the fix, returning to square regions, and Apple moved the issue from "Resolved" to "Known Issue" in the release notes.
