I am not a fan of piracy, but … If you can’t even buy the whole game in your country, I understand why you’d pirate the global version.

Gripe at your government, they’re the reason that exists. Doesn’t matter if it would slip through a loophole. If that stupid restriction didn’t exist, neither would the unnecessary censorship.
