Shopify's API version 2026-04 introduces the `fulfillmentOrderReportProgress` GraphQL mutation, allowing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and fulfillment apps to report progress on fulfillment orders. The mutation supports both 3PL-managed and merchant-managed orders, allows optional status notes up to 256 characters, and introduces new webhooks to track progress updates and status reversals. The `fulfillmentOrder.supportedActions` field now returns a `REPORT_PROGRESS` action when applicable.
