Replit has raised a $400 million Series D at a $9 billion valuation, led by Georgian Partners, just six months after reaching a $3 billion valuation in September 2025. The round includes participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Coatue, Y Combinator, Accenture Ventures, and others, plus angel investors Shaquille O'Neal and Jared Leto. At the time of the September round, Replit reported $150 million in annualized revenue; the company now says it aims to reach $1 billion in ARR by year-end. CEO Amjad Masad attributes the growth to a pivot away from professional developers toward non-programmers, a shift that took nine years to pay off.
