Remnants of a Legendary Typeface Have Been Rescued From the River Thames

Remnants of the Doves typeface, a legendary Arts and Crafts typeface, have been recovered from the river Thames after being thrown into the water over a century ago. The typeface was dumped as an act of retribution between business partners. A graphic designer and mudlarks have found and digitized pieces of the typeface.
