Reload, an AI workforce management platform, has raised $2.275 million in a round led by Anthemis and launched its first product, Epic. The platform lets organizations manage AI agents across teams, assigning roles, permissions, and tracking work regardless of who built the agents. Epic specifically addresses the problem of AI coding agents lacking long-term shared memory — it acts as an architect layer that defines product requirements, constraints, and system context upfront, then maintains that shared understanding as development progresses.
