Release Notes for Safari Technology Preview 242

Safari Technology Preview 242 is now available for macOS Tahoe and macOS Sequoia. Key additions include CSS attr() function from CSS Values Level 5, oblique-only value for font-synthesis-style, closedby attribute on dialog elements, SVG lang/xml:lang attribute support, getAllRecords() and IDBGetAllOptions in IndexedDB, RTCRtpReceiver.jitterBufferTarget, and secure cookies on loopback hosts. Numerous bug fixes span CSS layout (anchor positioning, sticky elements, flexbox regressions), JavaScript engine correctness, HTML parser edge cases, SVG animations, scrolling behavior, WebRTC encoding, and Web API correctness including URL parsing and event listener flag preservation.
