Release Notes for Safari Technology Preview 240

Safari Technology Preview 240 is now available for macOS Tahoe and macOS Sequoia. This release adds support for the `revert-rule` CSS keyword, subpixel inline layout for more precise text positioning, and expanded DOM element/attribute name character support per the WHATWG spec. Web Inspector gains contrast information in the Color Picker. The release also includes numerous bug fixes across CSS (scrollbars, hanging-punctuation), media playback (WebM, VP8, VP9, Opus, FairPlay), rendering (table layout, aspect ratio, MathML), SVG (event handling, filter rendering, animation events), scrolling (scroll snap, Navigation API hit testing), and Web Extensions (manifest.json trailing comma parsing).
