Nothing new, and AI-generated like.

Just a blog listing technologies out there that have nothing to do with React in general.

It’s cool to read what the people use and favor; however, counting all the different libraries and services, it seems super over kill, plus you then get locked into these libraries.
If I use nextjs (which is a great choice), I would keep it as self-dependent as possible. No need for react-query, an ORM, nuqs, Zustand, etc.
Nextjs has so much that you should be able to hand roll pretty much everything. If you can’t, it’s probably a skill issue.
Of course you need a DB, payment gateway, and infrastructure. Don’t use supabase, just create a Postgres db of your cloud provider of choice. I like AWS. But if you use a cloud service, provision infrastructure and Code as Infrastructure in a way that you don’t have vendor lock in.
