Railway is joining the Open Source Pledge and committing $100,000 this quarter to fund open source projects its community relies on. The platform's template marketplace now has 1,800+ templates and has paid out nearly $1 million to template creators. Railway is also expanding its Technology Partner program, allowing open source maintainers to earn up to 25% recurring commission on deployments of their tools, with 31 partners already including Prisma, Drizzle, Redis, and Bun.
