Python Insider: Join the Python Security Response Team!

The Python Security Response Team (PSRT) has established formal governance through PEP 811, including public member lists, defined responsibilities, and a structured onboarding process. Jacob Coffee recently joined as the first new non-Release Manager member since 2023. The team published 16 vulnerability advisories in the past year and coordinates with maintainers and other projects to remediate security issues. The PSRT welcomes new members with security expertise who are trusted in the Python community, regardless of core developer status.
