Proton 11.0 Beta 1 has been released, expanding Linux game compatibility via Steam Play. The update moves several titles from Proton Experimental to stable, including DCS World, Resident Evil (1996/1998), Dino Crisis 1 & 2, and Warhammer: Vermintide 2. Five games are now playable for the first time under Proton, including Gothic 1 Classic and X-Plane 12. The release also includes Wine 11.0, FEX 2604 for ARM64EC builds, VKD3D 1.19-git, DXVK 2.7.1-git, DXVK-NVAPI 0.9.1, Wine Mono 11.0, SteamWorks SDK 1.64 support, and various EA game fixes.
