Project Gameface is an open-source, hands-free gaming 'mouse' for Android devices. It allows users to control the cursor using head movement and facial gestures, making gaming more accessible. The project was inspired by quadriplegic video game streamer Lance Carr, who lives with muscular dystrophy. The code for Project Gameface is now open sourced on Github.
