Datadog Cloud Cost Management (CCM) now includes budget forecasting powered by Toto, a timeseries foundation model that accounts for billing cycles, seasonal patterns, and irregular spikes. The feature projects end-of-period spend across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and SaaS providers. Teams can monitor actual vs. forecasted spend on a budget status page, configure automated monitors to alert when forecasted spend crosses thresholds, and share recurring budget reports with leadership. Cost data can also be embedded in Datadog dashboards alongside metrics and SLOs, making cost awareness part of everyday engineering workflows rather than a separate reporting process.
