Program Invocation and Execution Supervisor

GNU Pies is a process supervisor that starts and monitors external programs (components). It automatically restarts terminated processes and can trigger custom actions like email notifications. Pies can also function as an init daemon during system boot, supporting both traditional /etc/inittab and native configuration formats with extensive monitoring capabilities.
