<p>The first point in this article (multitasking to the extreme) looks like the perfect recipe for burnout.</p>


<p>I never tried doing multiple tasks at the same time or in “parallel”. I usually just breakdown a focused task first into smaller tasks to get the job done. I noticed that I fairly increase my own productivity by reflecting and analyzing my own actions frequently. That way, I can always upgrade my workflow and rewire my brain through habitual thinking. It’s like having my own self-evolving metadata inside my head.</p>
