Product Updates: RTX 6000 Pro Blackwell, Command K, Sandbox FS API and more

Modal has released several product updates including availability of NVIDIA RTX 6000 Pro Blackwell GPUs (96GB VRAM) for inference and fine-tuning, a new Command Palette (CMD+K) in the dashboard, and a beta Sandbox Filesystem API supporting files up to 5GB with streaming and volume sync.
