Microsoft is updating how add-ins appear on the ribbon in Outlook on the web and new Outlook on Windows. Changes include displaying the manifest-specified group name instead of the Marketplace add-in name, adding a dropdown next to the add-in button for quick command access, and a similar dropdown in the overflow menu. Developers need to review and update the group label in their manifest — either in the Unified manifest's extensions.ribbons.tabs.groups label property, or in the XML manifest's Group Label element — to ensure the correct name displays when these updates roll out.
