PowerToys 0.98 ships with several notable updates. The Keyboard Manager gets a rebuilt WinUI 3 editor with a unified single-window view, per-remapping toggle switches, and shortcut-based enable/disable. A new Command Palette Dock (preview) lets users pin favorite commands to a persistent on-screen bar positioned at any screen edge. Command Palette also gains window transparency options, preserved search text, and significant performance improvements via caching and UI optimizations. CursorWrap's wrapping engine was rewritten for better multi-monitor layout support, with new options including a Ctrl/Shift activation mode. Always On Top gains title bar right-click pinning and transparency adjustment. Other changes include a ZoomIt video trim editor, Advanced Paste auto-copy hotkeys, and New+ context menu hiding.
