Microsoft announces major AI enhancements to Azure Database for PostgreSQL, including Visual Studio Code integration for provisioning, GitHub Copilot support for SQL queries, seamless Microsoft Foundry integration for in-database LLM operations, DiskANN vector indexing for similarity search, and real-time analytics with Microsoft Fabric.
