The Pico W5 is an alternative to the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W, featuring the RP2350 microcontroller, dual-band WiFi 4, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C connector, 8MB flash, and a Reset button. It is the first RP2350 board to support 5GHz WiFi. The board supports Arduino and MicroPython and can be integrated with Home Assistant, although current tutorials need adaptation for the new microcontroller. It is available for purchase at $11.76, with some promotional giveaways this month.
