PHP 8.4 Alpha 1 is now out!

PHP 8.4 Alpha 1 is now available for testing. The official release is scheduled for November 21, 2024. Users are encouraged to test this version and report any issues via the PHP bug tracking system. The next release, Alpha 2, is planned for July 18, 2024. For Laravel Herd users, version 1.9.1 includes the ability to install PHP 8.4 Alpha 1 directly from the PHP tab.
