It’s an evolution, nothing within the game changed. That’s not a bad thing; improvement beats overhaul most of the times. But selling new versions as ‘game changers’ every single time invokes fatigue and disappointment.

<li>building web apps are not new, there is so much training data out there I would be suprised if it couldn’t do something simple. Let’s see if X is saying that it understands all the massive with sufficent context and fixes the forking path problem.</li>

Ok you get your one and this is it. You can’t write another article that says 'we are moving from ‘ai as a tool’ to ‘ai as a coding partner’, no more articles about ‘vibe coding is solved’. You’ve already told this model has solved all these things, so if in 2 years businesses are still struggling with the forking paths problem, the x-y problem, the context problem, the instruction problem then you can’t reuse the clickbait titles or the same superlative filled proclamations again or it will be clear you’re in search of content over facts.

Been testing gemini 3, gpt codex 5.1 max, sonnet 4.5 and opus 4.5 extensively over the past week. Still prefer anthropic for coding. Don’t notice a lot of difference between sonnet 4.5 and opus 4.5 though.
So yeah, no game has been changed.
