Erlang/OTP 28.3.2 patch release fixes multiple bugs across five applications: crypto, erts, ssh, stdlib, and tftp. Key fixes include a path traversal vulnerability (CVE-2026-21620) in the tftp module's root_dir option, a fatal crash on Windows when canceling socket accept, a memory barrier bug affecting ARM architectures, an ETS table corruption bug in update_counter/4 and update_element/4 when default tuples are smaller than keypos, a process hibernation wakeup bug present since OTP 27.0, and SSH key-exchange and OpenSSH V1 private key handling fixes. Static linking of OpenSSL 3.5+ on Windows is also corrected.
