Participate in the 100-million-row challenge for PHP

A PHP performance challenge inviting developers to parse 100 million rows of data as efficiently as possible. Inspired by a previous optimization quest that reduced a 5-day PHP script runtime to under 30 seconds, the challenge runs for about two weeks with prizes including a PhpStorm Elephpant for top entries.
