Parloa deploys $350M with SAP, Microsoft, OpenAI partnerships

Parloa, the Berlin-founded AI agent management platform valued at $3 billion, has announced strategic partnerships with SAP, Microsoft, OpenAI, Five9, and Epic as it deploys its $350M Series D funding. The company has surpassed $50M ARR with 150% net revenue retention. The SAP deal is the most significant, integrating Parloa's AI agents into SAP Service Cloud and giving access to SAP's enterprise customer base. The platform runs on Azure and uses GPT-5.4 for enterprise customer service. Parloa positions itself as a management layer for deploying and optimizing AI agents across existing enterprise infrastructure, competing in a rapidly consolidating market against Salesforce Agentforce, Google's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, and Zendesk's Forethought acquisition.
