Outersloth, the funding arm of Among Us developer Innersloth, has publicly released its standard game funding contract. The company takes a 50% revenue share pre-recoupment, dropping to 15% afterward, and signs rights across all platforms even if funding is platform-specific. Since 2022, Outersloth has invested over $19 million across 24 projects with a 1.4% signing rate. The move to publish the contract is intended to encourage more developer-friendly terms across the industry, with transparency cited as a core motivation. This is a rare instance of public contract disclosure in the games industry, comparable only to Raw Fury's 2021 publishing agreement reveal.
