GitHub Copilot usage metrics dashboards are now available at the organization level in public preview, previously only accessible at the enterprise level. Organization owners and users with the 'View Organization Copilot Metrics' custom role can now view adoption and usage trends directly in the GitHub UI. The feature works for all organization types including enterprise-owned and standalone Free or Team orgs. A key caveat: org-level totals won't match enterprise totals because users can belong to multiple organizations, while enterprise reporting deduplicates users.
