OpenZFS Lands Exciting RAIDZ Expansion Feature

OpenZFS has introduced a new RAIDZ expansion feature that allows for incremental capacity increase in RAID arrays. The feature has been in development for several years and was sponsored by the FreeBSD Foundation and iXsystems.
