OpenAI, Reliance partner to add AI search to JioHotstar

The integration is two-way: JioHotstar content will also surface directly inside ChatGPT. The deal is part of OpenAI's broader 'OpenAI for India' expansion, which includes data center partnerships with Tata Group, fintech deals, and planned offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
