Of course there’s a benefit to working with people in an office, we have been doing that for years and it’s been shown over and over, but, if COVID taught me anything, it is that there are benefits to remote work as well. And nowadays you can nolonger expect an applicant to move for a job that does not entirely fit his or her expectations.
I firmly believe that there is a middle ground somewhere, we just need to find it

Just because one guy says its over its NOT. Why waste two hours a day for commute when you can start working remotely at home. Also everybody is worried about the environment working at home reduces less carbon emissions
