OpenAI has announced the 'Frontier Alliance,' a set of multi-year partnerships with four major consulting firms — BCG, McKinsey, Accenture, and Capgemini — to accelerate enterprise adoption of its AI platform. The alliance will have OpenAI's Forward Deployed Engineering team collaborate with these consultants to integrate OpenAI Frontier, a no-code platform for building and managing AI agents, into enterprise tech stacks. The strategy reflects a broader push to drive meaningful AI adoption by coupling technology with strategic and organizational change management. Rival Anthropic has pursued similar consulting partnerships with Deloitte and Accenture.
