LaraOTel OpenTelemetry package for Laravel helps measure performance in jobs, services, database queries, and more. It uses watchers for tracking authentications, cache operations, database queries, job executions, redis activities, events, HTTP client requests, and logging. Custom spans can be created for specific performance measurement. The package supports Zipkin and Jaeger for visualization and requires PHP OpenTelemetry extension.
