QuadRF is a 4-antenna software-defined radio (SDR) tile priced between $49–$99, designed for standalone use or as a building block for phased arrays. It operates in the C-band (4.9–6.0 GHz) with full duplex, 40 MHz per-antenna bandwidth, 1W Tx power, and ~1.2 dB Rx noise figure. Powered by a Lattice ECP5 FPGA with sub-1ms latency, it supports applications including 4×4 MIMO, direction-of-arrival, open Wi-Fi routing, open 4G/5G base stations, and drone HD links.
