<p>This is because the corporations don’t give the employees the resources required to achieve there tasks, which in turn leads them to search for open source and dump their frustration on them. And I have seen many open source farm for research and man hours to later commercialized it without a penny for the people who helped build it to a commercial scale.</p>


<p>There are models out there that can make open source be profitable, like selling support hours but with all those established competitors out there, it can be really hard and competitive.</p>
