<h1>Attendance Tracker</h1>
<p>I’ve designed an open-source Flutter app to help me track my students’ attendance. This project was born from the need to avoid papers as much as possible.</p>
<h2>The Problem</h2>
<p>Taking attendance in conventional ways is inefficient, time-consuming, and has its errors. Using paper in 2025 is outdated, and relying on an Excel sheet is not practical.</p>
<h2>The Solution</h2>
<p>So, I developed my app “Attendance Tracker” -too obvious-, a Flutter application that benefits from QR code technology in a simple app.</p>
<h2>Design Decisions</h2>
<p>I started with these terms:</p>
<ul>
<li>QR codes: easy scanning and generation.</li>
<li>Linear group management system: Students can belong to multiple groups for easier management.</li>
<li>Soft Delete: to prevent data loss</li>
<li>Offline-First: Easily work without an internet connection.</li>
<li>Multilingual Support: Arabic and English.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Technical Implementation</h2>
<p>I started to build it using Flutter, GetX for state management, and SQLite for efficient local data storage.</p>

<h2>Result</h2>
<p>Using the application helped me reduce the time needed for attendance tracking, seconds per class. It also provided more precise data and helpful reporting options.</p>
