<h1>What’s O2S?</h1>
<p><strong><a href="https://www.openselfservice.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Open Self Service</a></strong> is a development kit that allows to build composable Customer Service Portals. It focuses on customer self-service (by offering a specific set of features and integrations), but you can build with it any frontend that is “composable”, that integrates and aggregates multiple APIs/headless services and fully decouples the backend from the frontend by normalizing the data used by the frontend app.</p>

<li>Frontend starter app: A Next.js starter app, managed with a headless CMS (currently Strapi).</li>
<li>API Harmonization Server: Aggregates data from CRMs, CMSs, search engines, ERPs or any API.</li>
<li>SDK &amp; integrations: SDK for easy data fetching and integrations with APIs like CMSs, CRMs, ERPs.</li>
<li>Developer-focused: Built with TypeScript, Next.js &amp; React, NestJS, Tailwind</li>
<li>Customizable &amp; extensible: you can customize and extend every component - from UI to integrations.</li>
