OnlyOffice just pulled its 8-year partnership with Nextcloud, citing licensing violations

OnlyOffice has suspended its 8-year partnership with Nextcloud following the launch of Euro-Office, a fork of OnlyOffice's codebase led by Nextcloud and IONOS. OnlyOffice accuses Euro-Office of violating its AGPLv3 license by failing to preserve OnlyOffice branding, provide proper attribution, and comply with open-source distribution obligations.
