As internal MCP servers and A2A agents explode in number, discovery and governance become critical challenges for production-grade AI systems. We'll demonstrate how we built an enterprise infrastructure to index MCP servers and A2A agents, and link them to relevant use cases. We'll show how moving from a fragmented environment to a searchable, metadata-rich registry transformed a chaotic development cycle into a standardized, scalable deployment process.

Amplifon, the global hearing care company, faced chaos managing AI agents across dozens of teams on three continents. Their solution was the Amplify program, which includes an enterprise-grade registry system built around three interconnected catalogs: an MCP registry for tools and integrations, an A2A (agent-to-agent) registry using agent card standards, and a use case registry that ties everything together for governance and lineage tracking. The platform also includes an AI gateway for unified model access, authentication via Entra ID, budget controls, and centralized auditing. Developers start from GitHub template repositories (blueprints) for MCP and A2A servers that include boilerplate, Docker, FastAPI, authentication, cost tracking, and Langfuse observability integration. CI/CD pipelines automatically publish agent cards and server metadata to the registry on deployment, enabling discoverability and impact analysis across the organization.
