One of the most iconic emulators ever is back from the dead with impressive new features

Super ZSNES is a revival of the classic ZSNES SNES emulator, developed by two of the original project's contributors. It introduces GPU-powered Mode 7 graphics with height mapping and a Super Enhancement Engine that adds higher-resolution visuals, overclocking for slowdown-prone games, widescreen support, and audio fixes for seven supported titles. Resolution improvements are manually drawn rather than AI-upscaled. The emulator also includes save states, fast-forward/rewind, cheat codes, and the iconic ZSNES snow menu. It is free on Windows and Mac, $4 on Android, with iOS listed as coming soon. Netplay and SuperFX chip emulation are planned for future updates.
