Google Play will require all new apps and updates targeting Android 15+ to support 16 KB page sizes starting November 1st, 2025. This change improves app launch times by 3.16% on average and reduces power consumption by 4.56%. .NET MAUI 9 supports 16 KB page sizes out of the box, but developers need to upgrade from .NET MAUI 8 (which goes out of support in May 2025) and ensure all dependencies are compatible.
